Need more info..
Is it a Phat, Slim or 3000? If Slim, when did you buy it? You can not hack 3000s yet.

Im ONE STEP AWAY from screwing it all and updating my fat psp (with 1.5 FW) to the latest official Sony firmware if i cant get this to work soon!!! Here goes...
Ive been off the PSP for a wee while and still had devhook which i now learn is ANCIENT! Im trying to upgrade to 352 M33 for starters. Ive formatted my card to start from scratch, copied kxploit thing, M33 CREATOR, ran both and then gone to run the blue icon M33 UPDATER...here lies the problem... First message fine, then..."Checking PSAR integrity...incorrect PSAR" ....psp reboots! I've tried different downloads of the same version and ive tried different versions (351/352). Can someone...ANYONE...please tell me what to do before im tempted to screw it all and do the official Sony firmware update!!! Im on the edge! Urgent advice appreciated! Am i missing something fundamental??? The PSAR file is in the eboot i believe so how is it incorrect? |

Upgrading to 3.52 M33 isn't hard.
First download these things: 3.52 M33 3.52 EBOOT 1.50 EBOOT Extract the 3.52 M33 download, and move the 'M33CREATOR' folder to /PSP/GAME150. From there, move '352.PBP', and '150.PBP' to /PSP/GAME150/M33CREATOR. From there, go to your PSP, and launch the creator. Let it work. When that is done, reboot into recovery. Go to configuration, and change the game folder homebrew setting so it says 1.50 kernel. When done, exit and go to GAME > MemoryStick. Launch the M33UPDATE and let it go. When that is done, reboot by pressing X. When you reboot, all you need to do is update to 3.52 M33-4. http://rapidshare.com/files/148928602/M33-1234.zip Extract to /GAME150, and launch.

http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?mg3mwndmlgm http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?mjv5wjlkoli Drag the PSP and 1.50.PBP to the root of your PSP Memory Stick. Using a transfer cable from your pc to your PSP... If it asks to overwrite choose YES TO ALL. Once copied goto the game icon select mem card and then find the MUX2.0 icon and click on it. For you particular case start with update 6 and use the arrow keys on the psp to select update 6 then hit the X button. The Psp will take a few moments and the functions of the arrow keys will lock when they unlock choose exit and exit the mux area. Now goto the game icon memory card section of your psp and select your update 4.01 Follow this procedure all the way to update 9 and you will be at 5.00 M33-3 Also since you are running a fat PSP run the 1.5 kernnel addon that corresponds to your firmware so you would run the 1.5 kernnel addon for 5.00 when finished. When complete just reformat your memeory stick and your good to go.
