ok so i have a fat psp 1001 OFW 6.10 but i also have a memory stick with OFW 5.55 on it so can i put the memory stick in and downgrade to 5.55 or it's impossible?

No. You need Pandora to downgrade.

Yeah, all PSP 1000s are able to be downgraded with a pandora battery no matter what FW, along with older PSP 2000s and newer PSP 2000s (depending on FW, I believe)...
