You can't access the PSN from that FW but if you access the PSN with another PSP or a PS3 and then decrypt the file somehow I think you could. I'm not sure how it works but I've seen other people talk about doing that with 5.50 GEN-D3. I am just assuming it works with your FW.

I think any demos up to 6.10 should run on 5.03 GEN-C , not sure tho
