Psp replacement analog stick I Recommmend this ebay seller http://search.ebay.ie/search/search....e=search&fgtp=

STEPS

Step.1
Remove the 5 screws holding the faceplate as shown in the pictures below.

Now take the faceplate off.

P.S. Try not to strip the screws. but if u have stripped a screw and can no longer use it. u can find replacments here http://powergamingparts.com/psp-screw-kit.html.
if u need help removing a stripped screw these topics http://www.psp-hacks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=70774 http://www.psp-hacks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=69967 may have a couple of suggestions

Step.2
Now remove the screws holding the analog stick as shown in the picture below.

Now screw the new analog stick to the face plate
make sure u thighten the screws as tight as they can go.

P.S. Before u put back on the face plate make sure u did not touch the screen or get any dirt on it as u will have to remove the faceplate again to clean it.

Step.3
Now Screw the faceplate back on to the psp. make sure u tighten the screws as tight as they can.

NOW UR DONE

Default Any help????

My joystick is stuck in the down position. I bought a new one; put it in (tightened everything as far as it would let me) put it back together and I still have the same problem. Is there anything else that could be wrong there? In your picture I don't see the rubber piece that you're trying to point at and I don't see one on mine. Any input? Thanks everybody!

Dear anyone,

I'm gonna replace/DIY my analog stick for my psp (fat) console.
Those on ebay selling slim type analog stick equivalent to those used in fat ?
Kindly enlighten me.
Thank you.
