I did it back when I still had my PSP. Makes it much more playable. Cardboard from a cereal box is what I used. I do recommend it.

I have also done this on my old PSP Fat, it does the job really good. Much easier to perform Quarters anf Halves on D-Pad
I've used a card from a gaming shop for this ;] |

Yeah I remember macguyver'ing my 1000, I couldn't find any of my dusty old NES games for the sleeve so I used a VHS sleeve.
I'm older than you alright, I still have some golden oldies on VHS

I had an analog problem and couldn't unscrew the screws so I went to the shop and he unscrewed them very quickly and fixed the analog , I got the PSP next day. I guess it requires some time for you to get out the screws . I believe the shop owner got them out quickly because he practised much on it. So if you can't get them off keep trying but : 1-Make sure you're using the right screwdriver 2-Make sure you don't strip the screws or you won't be able to open up your PSP ever |

the best way to get tight screws out is to make sure you have the right size driver and that the handle on it is wide. i hate using these 1/4 inch wide metal screw drivers
![]() and prefer ones like this with atleast 1/2 inch wide handle's. that extra 1/4 inch makes all the difference in the world ![]() but if ur stuck with the first kind and have a pair of vise grips you can clamp them onto the driver. or throw on a couple layers of duct tape but the screw driver has a tendancey to slide in the tape so a couple zipties ziped as tight as possible after the first few layers of tape will help Last edited by KoukiMonster; 11-29-2009 at 06:56 PM. |

Does this make it possible to hit up+down or left+right? Or does it just make diags easier? |
