what silk screen?
silk screens are used in the printing process to transfer letters from a stencil to a form of media (ie. cloth, paper, whatever) so what exactly do you want to remove? a picture would help a lott since we are on different pages with the terminology. |

then i guess i would use industrial solvent with a fine abrasive cloth and start with dialuted solvent and very light pressure, eventually working up on the concentration of solvent and pressure to find the sweet spot between removing the logo and scratching the the plastic.
