PSX GameShark-like utility on PSP?

Is there a piece of homebrew or something that can act like a GameShark, Codebreaker, Action Replay, etc. on PSX games that I'm playing on the PSP? I've got an eboot of NTSC Suikoden II on there and wanted to fix the bunged-up data transfer from the first Suikoden.
