something easier then that just leave the umd tray open becuz i had the same thing but it didnt always work with the umd in try opening the tray and it worked everytime but u should just get 3.03 oe-b it works now

ive tried your trick and can now finally see the tiff, however when i press "O" im right back to my machine being frozen. am i doing something wrong, or do i need to just keep doing it till it goes blue screen and resets?

No your doing it right, this doesn't mean the hen exploit is any more stable, keep trying till it gets to the blue screen

I keep trying this (pushing right and hitting the button at the same time) but it's not working.

My system doesn't crash... it just loads the picture like it would load any other picture.

Is that indicative of anything (since the instructions included with the hack imply that either it works or your system crashes with no other possible outcomes)?
