the Tekken save is linked to the psp that made it
you CANT use it on a different psp there are many games like that

PSP 1.5 got on USA first day is was 1.5 NOW 4.01 M33-2 -> 5.00 M33(1.50 addon),PS3 60GB FW:2.50 ::[ρøwєя for admin]:: & ::[dr34ds for mod]:: It a good idea to have "Hide extensions for known file types" in Folder Options(under Tool) unchecked (turn on extensions)

This is the PSP-hacks forum...
Everything is possible I just need to hack the game code, and change the line that tells the game to check the saves. I wanna at least find out how Tekken knows that the save was saved on a different PSP (like, by the serial, by the MAC adderss, etc...)

EACH psp has is own id keys the is just for that psp
the save look at that and if it is different the the then that made it the save will not load also the save are also encrypted so you CANT edit them

Sorry mate, you're shit out of luck!...to put it bluntly. I had the same problem with Tekken.
The actual IDStorage keys can be viewed by Chilly Willy's IDStorage Manager and probably other methods, but you really shouldn't mess with IDStorage keys unless you absolutely know what you are doing.

I'm not gonna rest untill I got this shit working.
At least if I can't fix it, I wanna understand it. im'ma test this chilly willy now edit: ur saying that I should find my PSP's ID, write it on some paper, then go to my friend's PSP and change his ID key to my ID key? (using chilly willy) edit 2: OK, I dumped all my keys into the keys directory. Now how I insert those keys into another PSP?
