Hey guys I too have found an interesting way of getting Chickhen R2 TO WORK CONSISTENTLY FLUKE OR NOT REMAINS TO BE SEEN !

Ok I have chickhen R2 on 2 memory sticks atm a "Sony 1gb Mark II Magic Gate" and a "Sandisk 8gb" both are not fake cards btw :-)

Well as it turns out , i get them both to work the 8gb is a bit inconsistent but the 1gb never fails i get it 95% of the time to work , which leads me to think its the load times of when the chickhen folder tiffs appear on the 1gb compared to the same load times on the 8gb which is obviosly slower !

All I do is turn on my psp then go straight to the the "PHOTO" menu , then I press "x" then when the "Chickhen" folder appears I press "x" again !!!!! I do not press anything else I don't hold "down on the d-pad" NOTHING AT ALL !

It loads I see the green crash screen n the psp restarts then I go start "cfw enabler 360" , n I am able to play my games n so forth ;-) ..

I have a question does anyone know how to have ctf , cintros auto start prx n all dem cool plugins to work on psp 3000 psp"s when chickhen n cfw enabler 360 is active on it ??

Hey guys.
I know Im a noob here (1st post) but after following the tutorials here in the tutorials section, i was suprised to have chickHEN running to complete CFW installs after only 2failures/restarts. It was on the 3rd attempt that the screen gave me the green flash and I was back at the XMD menu.
Suprised because others took upto 2hours to get it running maybe longer.
I think that the only difference was that as soon as I powered on the PSP after failure I just rushed into the photos/PHAT folder tapping 'x' (if it helps) along the way, where chickHEN was stored and I get the green screen blink straight away. I dont know if it will help anyone but it worked for me on a 1000 and a 1002 (i didnt have Pandora batt at the time) no problems.

I posted a while back a little TIP with PSP's 3000
I have used Chicken hen on my 3000 and I Use any memory card even with the 16gb i donnt swap memory cards, or make multiple coppies to my psp of the chicken hen. It is true that if you wait for the word option to disappear it should work faster, Now after waiting for the option to disappear tap x and quickly move to the last Tif... that should boost your chances in getting it from the first chance also make sure that the UMD auto-run is disabled. Presently I have noticed that I get if from the first time. EVERY time I try it. Regarding if UMDs have anything to do I always Carry Dissidia on, never take that out of the PSP. Battery does not have anything to do.

PS: I was corrected once that chicken HEN is Random, it should work differently on different PSP's.
