Well next year I will be a senior at Tauranga boys college (I think it's high school in the USA) and we have to choose our subjects at the moment. English and maths are compulsary, and I'm doing computing as it teaches C++ Programming. But I need some help, what other subjects would be useful in this career path?

Not sure how your school system works, but what Scorpus57 said basically will get you anywhere (at least it'll qualify you for all the Uni subjects).
