I need some help with this Visual Basic Program.

Yea.. Visual Noob Basic. Using Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition.

The reason I ask? 1. I left my book in my girls house and can't go back till Thursday night, and this is due on Friday morn. 2. Because I missed class on Friday (I had the runs lol), which this time the teacher got technical. We did some baby programs, and now he wants us to do a program which calculates Speed, distance and time. Sounds easy, but its the variables that im clueless about without the book!

This program includes variables.. Which is where I'm lost..

I know how to make the layout and such.. Easy stuff, I'm just lost with the calculations. I'm taking 7 classes and this shit leaves my mind in an instant. NOT GOOD!

Heres a pic of what he wants.. I just need help with the calculations... Can someone help me? I have no idea where to start.. I regret missing this lesson. Any Visual Basic people here familiar with this?
