I'm bored as fuck, and I need something new to play, and I have the urge to play a really good RTS. what are some really good ones?

Don't recommend either Starcraft, or Warcraft III. I have both of those.

any specific one you would recommend?

Age of Empires III got good reviews. I think I'll try that one.

supreme commander. great RTS for a true strategist.
command and conquer red alert or tiberian sun prolly the 2 best from the series.

I haven't played since 3 so I can't really say. I played a little of AO Mythology a while back and it was pretty damn good. Check AOE Asian Dynasties if you want to also.

Warhammer 40k with all the expansions. Friggin fun as hell. A bit old though.
