The fine print:

Five (5) winners will be chosen randomly from qualified posts and contacted via private message here on the PSP-Hacks forum. If a winner does not respond within a week, a new winner will be selected at random. No purchase necessary. One entry per person. The winners' name and video may be used for promotional purposes.
