Right now I'm cooking some churrasco steak with soy sauce. It was suggested to me by a friend.
I'm going to be serving this with mashed potatoes mixed with cheese (not adding bacon today). And on the side some french fries. I use a small amount of soy sauce to replace salt sometimes, and I think I might do this for the overall taste of the meal. What do you think? And yes, I know some of you are gonna be all OMG SODIUM. But, fuck you. This is not a health thread. Now, I have another steak in my fridge for another day, what should I do that one with? Any good suggestions? I'm trying to open up my skills to new foods that aren't really expensive or complex, but taste great. I'm a beginner at cooking, I only know how to cook most basic foods, but I feel like expanding a bit. No ultra-greasy or fatty foods, I want to expand my skills and diversity, not my belly :3. PS: I'm gonna be cooking meals for two, probably sometimes meals for four. So nothing big <_<....
