everyone by now should know how to get them in this day and age anyway. the only problem is the main site i use(d) has an apache server message when entering the home page

I have a question...
Why can we provide illegal music/videos/photos through [youtube] or fileupload on this site, but we cannot post links to roms? It is basically the same thing, we are allowed to embed illegal material on our site, but not post links to a site which contains illegal material? it makes no sense.

Youtube is not considered illegal through one reason or another... not sure on the legalities. I guess it's because it's all user-hosted content or something like that.
And we are not supposed to share links to illegal files. The mods will use their discretion to determine a course of action if a link is posted. Or at least, the mods SHOULD use their discretion
