Clickable thread alerts in Chatbox

Any possibility of having the alerts in the chatbox clickable?

Like, when it says:

*Such'n'such replied to the thread I like pie*

is it possible to make the "I like pie" part a link, so it goes straight to that post in the thread? Or just the start of the thread perhaps?

It would make it so much easier than trying to find the thread, especially if somebody is just sitting in Chat, and they make a thread in, say, Comp Central, and then you gotta try and find out where the hell that thread is.

Anybody else agree? Thoughts on this?

We actually talked about this subject when the shoutbox was just added.

greg had no problem with it and asked if we wanted it in or not. I guess many of us there didn't care whether of not it was added or not.

Still not implemented

C'mon, I (and a lot of others as well) have been dying for this to be implemented. Is it more a case of an admin hasn't been notified of this idea, or is it that it just can't be done (for some weird reason)?
