Weird Video Quality
Well let me start from the beggining. I downloaded PSP video 9 and used it to convert a avi file(174 MB) into the proper format for my PSP(3000) than I used PSP Max Media Manager to transfer the Video into the psp but when I play the video on the PSP the video seems pixelized in many parts.

There's really a lot of things which could have happened. Make sure you're using 480x272 resolution when converting, and chose a reasonable quality setting.
