how much battery power does all that LED bling actually drain?

In details or in comment on that video says it just takes 5 minutes out of the hours for battery life.

Not much battery life is used with LEDs.

LEDs take approximately 2-5% of the PSPs total battery, depends on how many you have... 1 will probably actualluy only take about 1-2%...
