How do I convert regular .avi files to watch on my PSP?

i'm using FreeStudio and Total video converters. here's some of the Up's & Down's of both.
FreeStudio - Fast convertion but not so good in output quality

Total - it time consuming coz it takes like almost an hr to convert(base on my experience only), but superb quality.
