converting to h264 to play on psp problem

hi,
i'm having a problem converting to h264 to play on my fat 5.00 m33-6 psp.
i have seen that h264 is a great format for movies for the psp so i downloaded Allok 3GP PSP MP4 iPod Video Converter 6.2.0603 & converted a movie to "PSP AVC-H264 VIDEO(480x272FORMAT(MAQXXXXX.MP4)".
then transfered it to my psp but it says "unsupported data".
any ideas anyone.
