Universal IR remote

I had one program and it wouldn't launch, iRshell has one but its confusing trying to find the right code. Does anyone know a working universal IR remote app?

iR Shell can capture codes from the original remote if that helps.

I Installed Irshell...but the IR remote won't save the settings....or at least i can't get it to save....it keeps coming up with "cannot create RDF file..." anyway i can get around it or is there another IR Remote that i can get that also captures the IR signal from the remote?
