Check this link. I was able to rip all the music out of Burnout Legends and replace it with my own shit.

http://www.psp-spot.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=3222

Try it, and let me know how it works for you

Thanks for the link, now I have some descent music to listnen to whilst playting this great game. Just out of curiosity what music have you guys put on. I have norther - betrayed, nothing left, darkest time
Children Of Bodom - Needled 24/7, Hate Crew Death Roll
Iron maided - 2 Minutes to midnight, fear of the dark
Incubus - Redefine
and Cradle Of Filth - Twisted Nails of faith

just to name a few...
was trying to get fast paced songs that would go with the gameplay.

and the iso is only 433mb, because other things have been ripped out

It only works on ISOs. I have Sublime, Tool, White Stripes, Seether, Staind, Eminem, Gorillaz, Korn, Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park

I used VCDROMX to open my Burnout Legends ISO and took out the awful EATrax and replaced them with my music via the Codemasters conversion tool thingy then saved the ISO. The game runs (possibly as I didn't have to physically unpack the ISO) but every music track only runs for the length of the original EA Track. ie- My music track is 3mins, original EA Track is 2mins, my track stops after 2mins. Any way to get around this too?
I cannot get any ISOs to if I build them with VCDROMX from the raw files and directories however.
