I'm doing good thanks

Post here instead :
http://www.psp-hacks.com/forums/viewforum.php?id=12 ;)

You need to install "Custom firmware" on your PSP to run homebrew
There is a few ways to do this and it should not be rushed into
so i suggest you goto the tutorial section of the site :
http://www.psp-hacks.com/forums/viewforum.php?id=18
and read all of the "Stickied" posts and do some research on the Pandora battery and magic memory stick

i'd move this to the help section, but it'd just get locked there for the title anyway. and because you're not using that wonderful brain of yours at all to try and solve your own problem.
