Regular lance is okay, you need something with high damage (preferably 600+). And you need to have Guard Inc. And you need to be absolutely vicious on the attack.

Bow is actually quite hard... without Adrenaline+2/Heroics, you can't deal enough damage to kill, and with it, it's too easy to screw up and get killed. Not really recommended for soloing.

All in all, I would recommend using dual swords. Consider something with high Ice elemental damage.

Also, bring Tranquilizers. They can be useful... *hint hint*

Hey, any1 here converted their 2G savefile to unite? I bricked my phat psp 2 days ago and bought a 3000. But no CFW so I cant convert it myself, at least not yet

yes, you've used winrar to undo the ISO thinking it was a rar file, that is why you can see the umd data, just drop the ISO in the ISO folder on your PSP

Me and my buddy are just under the G rank quests in unite but were puzzled about this kill 100wyverns. Does the remobra count or must we kill khezu? or do kut ku also count?

In short, Remobra do not count, KutKus do count (and are the recommended prey). This was how things were in MHP2G, and I have no reason to believe they would have changed this for Unite (but I could be wrong).

There's a quick way to check on your progress towards the 100 kills:
You know how there are several pages on your Guild card that record the number, minimum size and maximum size of monsters you have killed? Starting from the YianKutKu, up to the Volganos, are all of the creatures that count towards this 100. "Raptors" do not count, "beasts" do not count, and Elder Dragons do not count.

yup kut ku counts, we were about 30 or 40 off so it was a busy day killing the dual kutku mission in the 4star guild quest and hopefully we will never have to see that stupid bird again. On a plus note we were spamming the mine spots for pokke points, i made 10000pts in one mission :O anyone in need of pokke points should do this mission as there are no enemies except the kutku so kill one then just mine to your hearts desire.
