Hi Rain

I like the look of your app very much.

I am currently at 3.80 M33-5 which I installed using UPMS on a 1gb fake stick. My question to you is, will your app work ok with fakes?

Cheers

Mikey

It wont work any better than any other application. This uses the same format procedure as the vista method except fat32. UPMS/UPT PSP Installers have a better format procedure for fakes. If you cant get it to work and still want dcv7 or something you can format it first with UPMS, but i cant garuntee the IPL will install properly as I have not tested it. I just got a new psp and am rewriting the application, 1.0, 1.0.1, 1.1 and 1.5 are all passed over now i will be releasing a complete rewrite with a basic and an advanced side. The format really wont change though.

I dont have any fake sticks so it hasnt been tested with.

Thanks Rain

Is there any danger in trying it? I mean will I still be able to unbrick if it happens. Apologies if this is a dumb question.

If it doesn't work you will likely know right away and you'll just want to use UPMS to make a new stick. If your not familiar though 4.01 users need to use UPT v4.3 instead of UPMS. But if the format doesnt work well the ipl shouldnt work so youll just know the psp doesnt boot to normal on a pandora battery and or doesnt boot holding L to pandora. You can always boot a working psp to normal using the charger and no battery.

99% of the time its people who dont have access to a compiler thats non .net. Microsoft hands out free C++ C# and VB compilers but they all make .net apps. C# is also a .net language. But none of them do anything that really needs .net.

The two never versions of Delphi include full support for making .net reliant applications but i see 0% reason to ever need it. Delphi can deploy web browser capable applications written in pascal anyways.
