Default [RELEASE] Rain's IPL Injection Test (A Diagnostic Tool for Pandora Installations)

DOWNLOAD (884KB) - MegaUpload

Key New Features
MS IPL DUMPER ! - You can now dump the ipl from the memory stick, unlike some other apps that totally guess at the end this will automatically stop at the end of written IPL data and will read as far as the end of the writable space for the ipl if needed (can be forced).

New Diagnostic Features - Thanks to TheivingSix's Pascal MSINST replacement and extensive work to extend it's functionality along with the IPL Dumper the app can now check what IPL is on the memory stick, how much space is avaliable for the ipl, erase the entire IPL Section clean and provide detailed feedback on why an operation failed.

What This Does
In short this program can Inject, Dump, Erase and Check Memory Stick IPL's. It can also provide diagnostic information on the Memory Stick. The Time Machine IPL, Boosters Multi IPL, z3ros0ul's Single IPL, z3ros0ul Multi IPL, Classic Pandora IPL and both TA-088v3 ID Test IPL's are built into the application. It can format FAT32, FAT16 and on 2000/XP MSPformat the memory stick.

Requirements
- Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, or Newer.
*Vista UAC Users will be greeted by a UAC Dialog
- Help requires a Windows OS with IE 4 or newer.
- Nothing else is required to run this program.

- Memory Stick Pro DUO and PSP or Card Reader

Available IPL's
Time Machine IPL
Boosters Multi IPL
z3ros0ul Single IPL (Sleep Fix)
z3ros0ul Multi IPL (Sleep Fix)
Classic Pandora IPL
TA-088v3 Test 1 IPL (3.90)
TA-088v3 Test 2 IPL (4.05)
Load From File

Available Format Methods:
Windows FAT 32 (Vista/XP/2000)
Windows FAT 16 (Up to 4GB)
MSPformat (XP/2000 ONLY)

Release Notes:
- Vista UAC Users will be greeted by a UAC Dialog, Select Allow. This is the same as if you right clicked and ran as admin and admin privileges are needed for IPL Injection.
- The application has been tested on 32 bit versions of Vista, XP, and 2000 as well as Vista x64 on both Phat and Slim PSP's with 2 and 8 GB SanDisk Memory Sticks.
- This app is released free of charge, AS-IS and without warranty. This application does NOT use msinst however it does include mspformat.

Are you extracting the msinst.exe from memory to a the hard disk then launching? Or are you running it from the resource?
