As title says, this HB can decrypt games of the psn store - psp ones, not psone - into isos that can be played in whatever psp running a cfw. The decryptor must be run on a psp that can play that game.

Better instructions? The readme is clear just change the name of the psn game to np.pbp and copy eboot.pbp and npeg.prx in the directory, and run it.

Not a virus but doesn't work. Tried it on a Flow eboot and get an error and the program terminates.

What concrete error does it give you? Are you in a psp that can play the game?

That error means it cannot open the license file at /PSP/LICENSE. IS the file there? Are you in 3.XX kernel?
