PSP Slim Problem, Buttons Not Working

yesterday i used pandora to istall 3.80 M33-2 to psp slim and copied GTA Liberty city game in the memory card 8GB sony original. The process completed without any porblems and also i played GTA LCS for abt 1 hr then suddenly the psp swithed off and when i switched it on it goes to the left most option in XMB i.e Video Settings and stays there. I am not able to use any keys at all. When i pressed select the VSh menu showed up and it hangs, I went into the recovery menu where the buttons are working fine and also i am able to change all the options. So i once again used pandora to install 3.80 sony original firmware but the same problem is there. I am using pandora battery modded with the original fat PSP. I have installed custom firmwares in about 10 psp's till now without any problem. I want to know what is the problem this time with this PSP. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
