so in your next version, you can have a 1.5 PSP, emulate this firmware, and load 2.0 umd games? Maybe I wont buy an extra psp!

No problem, But here is the first step to custom firmware once this is able to be written to the flash it will be great, But how will you get past the encryption problem for making this a firmware upgrade?
