LibTiff Exploit for 5.03

HEN will be a stripped down enabler lacking many features of M33 custom firmware. It'll allow the bootup of homebrew regardless but may be restrictive to certain applications (in cases where it will not boot at all). However, applications will be released to enhance the HEN such as the loading of M33 custom firmware when I get permission to use the modules.

As another note, the conditions of the TIFF exploit as very unstable (as you might have noticed) and flashing of modules to flash0 is improbable and will load off the memorystick. An eboot will be supplied to countervent this and will flash the modules in a more stable enviroment.

Release is currently unconfirmed but will be before Tuesday.

Is this Hen gonna support 3000 models though? If not its really pointless because pandora already rapes the phat and early slim models. Dont get me wrongI think its cool a firmware exploit has been found and that people out there are still finding holes in the firmware.

While i think everyone should own a pandora its not pointless at all. Think about it for the first time since 2.80 you dont need anything except a PSP to downgrade (if they take this that far).

But 3000 has some promise so we will see.

I hope that they'll get some sort oh HEN / Downgrader for this. A friend of mine is scared shit of Pandora (Wont let one even come near his PSP). He's been asking me about this and I told him if I get some information I'll be glad to help him.

So I hope someone does something with this.

From what I have been reading this is going to be for the 3000 as well. The tiff works on the 3000 and I've here this is a kernel mode exploit. Could be wrong tho.

Yeah. The kernel mode exploit is available. That's why we have a HEN being developed for it. Once we can get a HEN, we can look towards downgraders, custom firmwares and solutions to the blocked Pandora problem.

Definitely works on my 3k. I have a shit ton of images then scroll down to the one right before the exploitiff, and works 9/10 times.
