Yes but 5.03 GEN-A has a lot of bugs and uncompleted features that needs adding / fixing. And originally, CFW Enabler was geared for PSP-2000 users. It's whatever works best for you.

I know there are alot of guides around here, but I just want to confirm. To install CFW 5.00 m33-6 on psp 3000, I have to:
1) install CFW 3.52 m33 then update it to atleast 3.52 M33-4
2) install CFW 5.00 m33 then update to 5.00 m33-6

Is this correct or can I skip installing CFW 3.52 and just go straight to installing 5.00 m33?

Here are the changes from the previous version (v 3.20)
- Improved menu options.
- Fixed bug in network update.
- Now you can change version.txt to 5.51.
- Spoof Mac address in XMB.
- Improved the ChikHEN patch system.

The basic functions of these are the same, but every new version released will be a lil more stable than the previous versions and will also fix any bugs which were there in the previous versions....

You know the term noob, but you don't know what a bug is?

A bug is when there is something wrong or broken in a piece of software (or hardware). To fix bugs, you perform debugging.

The term comes from back when computers took up a whole room. An insect actually flew into the machine, causing some type of malfunction. Ergo, there was a bug in the system.

You can do your own wikipedia search for this.

I currently use CFW 3.10. Is there really a reason to upgrade after each update? I ask because doesn't CFW flash the system when you initially install/update? With this in mind, wouldn't there be less of a chance of bricking my system if I just kept 3.10?
Thanks for any responses. I'm aware that I'm a noob.
