I just purchased a PSP with firmware 3.03 oe-c, i'm not really sure what it does but i hear its good, do any of you know about it and what it does? and can you still run emulators, play online, play umd, and have music on psp with this?

yea you should definatly upgrade tho search around the tut and help section
