Click this link (if your to lazy) it says that 3 games shipping here will require you to update maybe i read wrong but call me stupid it says that coded arms, midnight club3 and dead to rights: reckoning,,,require you to update to 1.51 or you have the choice.....does that mean they will sneak it on your psp???? please comment back after reading the article.......! http://psp.ign.com/articles/629/629453p1.html

Did you even bother to search for this? no new game (to date 07/01/05) requires you to update past v1.5. so far only coded arms & midnight club3 requires you to update from v1.0 to v1.5.

Well, i just wanna say that for some gay reason, there is a 1.5 update in mc3 and probably coded arms, but why if there aren't any us psps that had lower than 1.5?

Because my jap v1.0 can play it.

umd games are not region locked. so they will want to cover all units.
