I'm new here & thank to the first message, I'm now listen to the song that I've added in the save file. I'm going to tell you the easier/easiest way/s to check the song by:
Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Sound Recorder > File > Open, in this window you'll have to change "Sounds(*.wav)" to "All files(*.*)" and choose the .GTA file to listen, and next time Sound Recorder will appear in your Start menu...
If ^ too hard then try this:
Right click on a .GTA file > Open With... > Browse... > My Computer > Local Disk(C: ) > WINDOWS > systen32 > sndrec32 > Open, Tick in "[ ]Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" and click OK. Now you just double click or press Enter on a .GTA file to add the name of the song...
I hopefully this message will helps you guys/gals... Ask me if there are anyproblem or miss understanding.

Can sum1 plz help me, i cant use the RCT or EAC programs; they just freeze up wen ever i open them
I've tried EAC but I used Sound Recorder open the .TOC file so I can't change it to .GTA unless I reinstall Window XP, So I'm also come here to warning you guys not to open .TOC file with Sound Recorder! Change .TOC file to .GTA file before open the file with Sound Recorder!!!
*.TOC file & .GTA file are similar with .WAV file but you can't change Extensions of the file once you registered the file type and GTA LCS will play only .GTA file!!!!!!
