Audio/Video player alternatives.

I was just wondering what are some good alternative audio/video players I could use other than the ones in the xmb.

The reason I ask is that I use the latest IR Shell for the phat on my 1gb stick and would like to launch my videos and audio books from IR shell instead of the xmb.

IR Shell makes my audio books skip for some reason .

are your audio books in 1 big file or split into chapters or sections?

if it's 1 big file, a possible fix would be to get books that are split.
