user ranks/titles

user ranks and titles are a bit messed up; I need to rebuild that. the forums will go into maintenance mode (in about 1 hour) for a short while, I'd estimate 10 minutes or so.

sure doesn't; still see dups in the user listing. looking into that now.

Guess this is stuff we have to count with in the start when making such a big switch.

going from punBB to vB isnt suprising. Something would never make it right and then theirs the lack of good coverters for certain boards to certain boards. They do the best they can.
