I currently have a Harman/kardon AVR 146. It doesn't support DolbyDigital HD or DTS HD though :(
Should I buy it or can someone recommend me another one?

you could always save your money lol
My savings and spending money have nothing in common. $500 is a drop in the pond.
I just need something that will play my Blu-ray movies in surround sound.

Yeah, that's a looks like a good set.
my dad bought this (http://about.pricegrabber.com/search_attrib.php/page_id=73/form_keyword=onkyo%20tx-sr705/rd=1/mode=about_hometheater/st=query) a while back in hong kong for about the same price as yours.

In my opinion, onkyo offers the best bang for the buck. Even their cheapest HTIB receivers are impressive for the cost.
heres a good deal
http://www.6ave.com/shop/product.aspx?sku=ONKTXSR606B
$350 dts/dd
if you dont mind a refurb and $30 more, shopOnkyo.com (onkyos official store) often has a refurbed sr805 for $530. they carry a full onkyo warranty.
Thx certified <-that is what i would buy if i had the money
Prefer something in Canada... Importing through customs can be a real bitch, and pricey.
