problem with waves

Ok i just fully customized my flash and everything is the way I like it. But I have a problem I never had before or have I heard of anyone else having this problem My flash waves and my waves in my CTF themes all run really fast. Anyone ever here of this before? What do I do to slow them down? It's like watching it on fast forward. Thanks for any help.

look under the system info
today data has an easter egg that makes it happen(on 3.90 m33-3)
it will be fine in a day
