[Request rules] Read Before Making a Request

This is simple. You can request any theme you want as long as you search before you make the request. That means, try the search function (http://www.psp-hacks.com/forums/search.php) and check through a few pages of the theme release forum.

When requesting, there is no need for a [Request] tag since this is a request forum, but you can put it if you'd like.

When filling a request, if you are posting a theme from elsewhere, just link to it in the request thread.
If you are filling a request with a brand new theme you made, feel free to post it in the Custom Theme Release forum and link to it in the request thread.

Simple, right? Please comply.
