oh my question: if i install/change/modify or whatever its called my psp font, can i just restore the original psp font?

Yep just make a back up of the original font on you PC and when you get bored of you new font, replace it with the original.

i just quickly had a look at the programme and i just dumped registry to ms0:/
is that all? is the original font there?

hehe im really sorry i know im asking stupid questions to you all, but yestersday i did it all and when i restarted my psp it automatically did a system restore thing and i had my original font, is that all that i need ever do to get the original psp font back?

Get the original registry by restoring default settings, and copy the original registry by using the TIFF fontmod.

if installed correctly you shouldnt need any registrys or to have to default the system. if you have 2.8 right now use the d grader back to 2.5 or .6 and then to a 1.5 anyway after that you wont ever have to use any kind of a flasher or hack on the system cause you would be able to just get into the fw folders mamually (if you happen to be using the devhook system) and put in what ever pre formatted font you want, just like i do. as far as i know there isnt anything super great about about 2.80 or.81 that .71 doesnt have so you wont be missing out on anything by downgrading, and just using the emulated .71 fw from here out. ina few i have no idea when youll be able to use an emulated .80 and .81 so anything speacil in these fw's you wont be w/o for very long.
