its messy but i kinda like it :) lol .. it had colour before but i took it out and filtered it with the "graphic pen" option in photoshop ... looks kinda cool but would probably look better with a template over it so i can see what im lookin at ... and im not a big sasuke fan either but you have to admit the dude is kinda cool lol

thanx :D im trying my best .. i cant find any templates or anything good to use on my pics and the ones i can find im not smart enough to put over the top so im just going to have to black out the left hand side of the picture so i can see the writing on the psp lol (like in the hinata one)

i do like the sasuke one though .. i know its not every1's taste but you dont see many black & white bg's ... probably for good reason though lol

ahhh cool i understand now :) .. well the thing is i wanted to keep it small ish so it doesnt take up too much of the screen ... i wanted it to be visable regardless of any of the menu so i made it small and put it in the corner :) ill mess about with it a see what it looks like bigger but it looks good how it is on the psp :D

erm tips? :/ not really lol i guess just find nice renders that you want to use for you bg's.

the hardest thing for me to do is bars ... im no good at them :( but im trying lol .. mess about with the fill and opacity options and you can get pretty cool effects without doing all that much.

if you look at some of the ones i made for example the itachi on theyre really simple ... i just rendered a pic ... the background is a screen shot i took from naturo on the psp and i just stuck a template over the top ... theres alot of peeps that are better than me but i guess making naruto bg's is fun cause i like the manga so much :) keep trying and im sure you will come up with some cool stuff

1. The saturation tool (for the bars, thanks C58:)) - CTRL+U
2. Blending options - Right hand GUI
3. And the rubber tool.

I actually thought that wallpaper looked a little scuffy, i'll work at it a little more then re-up a cleaner one later.

im using 1.5 to emulate 2.71 with devhook. im not too sure about screenshot mods in 2.71 se, what i suggest you do to get screenshot mod to work is, download the mod, install it to devhook, load up devhook and emulate 2.71 then it possibly might work but as i said i dont really know too much about 2.71 se ... 1.5 all that way :)

choose the back ground(s) you want

right click them and click "save" and save them to your computer
connect your psp
put the picture(s) you like into your "photo" folder on your psp memory stick
load up devhook
go to the photo folder on the psp main menu (xmb)
find the picture you want to save as your background
click "x"
press triangle when the picture comes up and scroll to the left twice to where it says "save as wallpaper"
click "x"
youre done ^_^

a few things that would make it look a bit cooler, both renders arent very clear, and the boxes all round the edges kinda take away from the bg try taking the boxes off and re-applying the renders and maybe add some bars :)

lol i used to only watch the anime but a few weeks back i started reading the manga when i found pepviewer for the psp and it rocks :) no fillers just mucho awesomeness :) although the whole 3 years thing im still finding a bit weird :/
however i know alot of people (like myself) used to complain about fillers, i guess when youre waiting like a whole week for 20 minutes of action and all you get is a lame story line detour its pretty frustrating but its understandable cause the manga is only up to episode 331, and if you think you can pretty much fit in 2 mangas to 1 anime episode they would have run out of story even if they had no fillers about a year back at around episode 150.
lookin forward to another naruto psp game tho :D
