UMD movie disc [Archive] - PSP Hacks

Is it possible to convert a DVD video disc into a UMD for PSP? And if it possible, what tool is to be used?

Forgive me for my ignorance, I hope someone can enlighten me on this one.

Memory Stick is way better, easy to get may be expensive loads faster.
