Let me tell you all another story about that company, They for sure charge my card, (Money gone) but I probably NEVER will se mymemory stick pro duo card (That I have paid for) , they say in a email that "Some of my ordered items was canceled" and I ordered only one (1) item (No reason why they canceled my item) and they also said that my credit card would not be charged , but that was not true, they have charged my card,

So , be careful when order stuff from this company BUY.COM

They have good prices on there stuff , yeah, but in my experience , you pay for it but do not recieve what you paid for.

on BEST BUY you pay more for that memory, yeah I know it cost more on BEST BUY but at least you get what you pay for on BEST BUY.

I always buy from buy.com. I never had a problem. If they ACCIDENTLY charged your card then call your credit card company.

Thata's a good price however what are they charging for shipping?

I also ordered one from buy.com and they cancelled it, and said I was never charged. I checked with my credit card, though, and I was charged. Be forewarned, buy.com doesn't list a customer service number, so if something like this happens, you'll have to write them an email and hope they reply. I'm currently waiting for my reply. If I don't hear from them by the end of the week, I'm filing a claim with my credit card.

Are you sure it was a charge or a pre-auth? Until they confirm the transaction it will just drop off your account. They have two weeks or soemthing like that.

Well thats weird. Sorry for you guys. They didn't charge me for my card until I got it inside my house. And the shipping was free.

I went through PayPal which I have set up to use my credit card. I have called both PayPal and my credit card company and both say that the charge went through and the money hasn't been refunded.

It's the first time I'd used buy.com and I was very disappointed since others seem to have good results from them. Not only that, I'm going on a long trip soon, and I'd hoped to have the memory stick by that time. Looks like that's not happening...

Why did he sell his PSP? i would never let go of my bueatiful Blue Giant decaled, spotless, flawless, screen protected baby. No scratches, no marks. I might buy one, but thats expensive.
