I don't think it's possible to animate GIFs in background... but if you can find a way I"ll send you an image I want as background

I'm not looking for anything extreme, if anyone has seen what the Title screen to Madden 09 looks like I want it something like that, except without it saying anything like madden 09. The Pic1 would probably be good if you just put the image I'm about to mention over it.

Now, EA Sports released their own alternative cover for madden 09 with Favre in the same exact way as the packers uniform but they edited it(i think) into a Jets Uniform. If that could be on the right the same way it is in the Title screen That would be astonishing.

For XMB Buttons I was thinking maybe just a White Round button with the Images of the actual XMB Button just in the Green that the Jets Uniform is in.

Battery Icon can be left alone, or if you feel creative you can make one :)

For Wave... if you've (xD) seen the Title screen for Madden 09 they have a Wave that moves around... The background in general that I want is the menu background to Madden 09 for the PSP. If you need pictures I will provide them.

That's about it, this would probably be possible as a PTF Theme But I'd rather CTF because more tweaks for higher quality are possible.
