You might need to replace the motherboard if its completely dead. Try to put it on the ac charger, then see if it will turn on. I hope you didnt mess with the idstorage, or the nand it self.

Define dead.
If its powering correctly with Pandora, it might be a serious hardware fail.

Check your Magic Stick files...for a pandora battery to boot like that is perfectly normal...to check if the PSP is Bricked just put on the AC Adapter without teh Battery. If nothing happens tehn its bricked and you need to change teh MAgic Stick files
. Other than that i dunno lol. Just do as I said.

I have only one psp (fat, the original that came out) semi-bricked 3 times and full brick twice. Each time i had the 3 lights come on, (power, ms, and wifi). Each time i was able to fix it by using the proper downgrader and Pandora battery that i made myself in the past (hard-modded 2200 battery). As for me, each time the lights showed up i knew i had to reflash the CFW to get it working again, sometimes a full reset (reverting to OE 1.5) and sometimes i got away with reflashing the 3.71 CFW which seems to work usually. I used the C + D Pandora package from the original team to reflash each time. Hope that helps! (Note* from what i've seen, a fully bricked and dead psp, usually only had the power light come on or no lights whatsoever)

Whats the battery charge? above 78%?
If not hold R trigger+ /\ after putting pandora in and that will bypass the battery capacity check.
