I have the custom firmware 3.90 M33 and i'm playing Metal Gear Solid (PS) but now i need to change dics and i don't know how to do it. Can anyone help me with this?

Not sure if thi will help but here you go anyways.
[Tutorial] How to install and use Popsloader

Make sure you have newest popsloader plugin from DAX
http://www.dark-alex.org/

Popsloader 3.00 - 3.72 full pack (everyone should have this!)
Put these files in setplugins\popsloader

Make sure popsloader.prx is enabled in recovery menu

EBOOTS go in psp\game\(gamename)\

when starting game hold R and select pops ver for game
