I failed to turn in my PSP-homebrew entry for competition '08. Now, I'm working to improve. As far as I've gotten, it's a side scrolling adventure, with extra rooms. I failed miserably, but it worked to an extent. I tried loading a room if an integer equaled 0, but for some reason, it would load the wrong room... :P

I hope to be able to turn it in next year, or for another mini competition that might be held later this year. I was wondering... How would I use GL to create 3D figures? There's not very many tutorials on how to do it. (from what I've seen) I'm thinking of making it 3D instead of the basic 2D of what some people may have saw.

I might release it anyways, and just release part 2 for the competition... :/

the best 3d engine for the psp looks like the lte engine, sg57 would know more(see his multitasker app), anywho i plan to switch to the lte engine in a little bit, but if you were to use the psp gl, you'd have to load the file into your program, and feed back the data yourself of what it needs, i've attempted this many times with an .x file, and have only gotten as far as textures but i think i've come up with a new method(but that's for me to know atm), anywho...yea wat i said

Well, anyone with some LTE engine experience... Can you help me learn how to even create something myself? I'm wanting to create maybe... ohhh... I don't know... maybe some polygons for characters? But I don't know how to do anything with LTE....

Yeah, I know, but sometimes, I want to create my own polygons???

The ones from the LTE engine are taken from like Quake 2 and 3... :/ Or do I have the power to edit the polygons with C++, without the use of any included 3D program?
