[[Request rules]] Read Before Making a Request

This is simple. You can request any theme you want as long as you search before you make the request. That means, try the search function and check through a few pages of the theme release forum.

When requesting, there is no need for a [Request] tag since this is a request forum, but you can put it if you'd like.

When filling a request, if you are posting a theme from elsewhere, just link to it in the request thread.
If you are filling a request with a brand new theme you made, feel free to post it in the Custom Theme Release forum and link to it in the request thread.

Simple, right? Please comply.

also... now we can keep the icons forum strictly for custom icons like batt and so forth instead of theme requests as well.
