Quake's Extreme Cheats allows you to easily manage your CWCheat database. As of v3 you can now share & load cheats easily via the web using simple HTML. Check out README.txt for details on that. The provided Windows executable will also install CWCheat 0.1.6 Rev. G / H (for POPS) to your PSP.
